The successful candidate will assist with the management of the high profile delivery of property management services to a prestigious client and others, with an element of business development.

The individual will need to be self motivated and take immediate responsibility for managing buildings, including assisting with branding and customer service. The role involves a high degree of client contact and managing the client relationship is a key responsibility.

This is a first rate prospect for a confident, enthusiastic individual, with  experience within a commercial property management department including:

  • In-depth experience in acting for Landlord/Investment clients
  • IT literate, including MS Word and Excel. Other training will be provided
  • Some branding experience
  • Some customer service experience
  • Design consultancy skills
  • Managing lease events, rent reviews and expiries
  • Managing tenant applications
  • Sound Landlord and Tenant knowledge
  • Property management accounting knowledge statements of account, service charges, arrears recovery, etc
  • Asset management skills
