The Position

To lead the delivery of the Lease Advisory in Manchester including:

  • Promotion of the business line
  • Communication between Lease Advisory and other teams locally
  • Develop local capability of the business line
  • Manage risk & maintain QA standards
  • Manage growth & development of the business line in the local market

The Person

  • Demonstrable experience of leading and developing a team
  • Demonstrable track record of managing a range of occupier and investor clients
  • Self starter/generator with appropriate contacts and business development skills
  • Knowledge of the Manchester market
