One of the largest independent firms of property consultants outside of London, with Commercial, Rural Land & Business, Residential divisions supported by Building Consultancy, Planning and Development teams. The role entails providing professional advice and acting in the best interests of clients with regards to all town planning matters. The post carries a medium level of responsibility and will offer the incumbent exposure to a range of challenging projects and an opportunity to make their mark in a growing team. The role will include leading projects as well as being part of client teams on a variety of projects. We are seeking a supportive team player with strong networking and client-interfacing skills and the ability to plan and organise workload and deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also essential. Ideally, the post holder will be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and will possess relevant undergraduate and post graduate qualifications. The position will require an awareness and understanding of issues affecting the economy and implications on the business of the Firm and Planning division. |
