Advertised Search and Selection

(1) Following a full briefing and a meeting with key personnel, Selextion will present our client with a detailed campaign proposal outlining methodology, timescales and costs.

(2) Once agreement has been reached, a dedicated search consultant will produce a target list of organisations for our client's agreement and once this is finalised then research will commence.

Executive Search has the advantage of accessing individuals, or teams who are not actively in the job market. Selextion can specifically target candidates whose skill set accurately meet our client's requirements in the shortest possible time.

(3) Advertising space booked

In cases where Selextion recommends an advertising campaign in support of Executive Search, clients will benefit from premier positioning and a reduction in advertising costs or preferential rates through our existing relationships with numerous publications.

Each specialist consultant will be adept at targeting the correct type of individual in a discrete and professional manner. Our client company's name will not be revealed until the stage when it is appropriate to do so.
