As with Advertised Selection, Executive Search works on a retained basis.

Following a full briefing and a meeting with key personnel, Selextion will present our client with a detailed campaign proposal outlining methodology, timescales and costs.

Once agreement has been reached, a dedicated search consultant will produce a target list of organisations for our client's agreement and once this is finalised then research will commence.

Each specialist consultant will be adept at targeting the correct type of individual in a discrete and professional manner. Our client company's name will not be revealed until the stage when it is appropriate to do so.
