Sandy Campbell

Sandy joined Selextion as a director in 2001. She graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1992 with her first degree in Geography before studying Law at the College of Law. Sandy has worked in recruitment for a number of years having worked for two leading firms of recruitment consultants in London and Manchester. Sandy is 38, lives in Cheshire and has 2 children.

Ian Smith

Ian started Selextion in 2001. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Building Studies. He spent the early part of his career as a Building Surveyor with a leading UK licensed/leisure operator, before moving into recruitment having worked for two leading firms of recruitment consultants in Birmingham and London. Ian is 40 and lives in Cheshire. He enjoys spending time with his family, as well as occasional golf and football and is studying for a Masters qualification in Personnel & Development.
